Everything done right and on time

Your sales team was excellent. Was not impressed with the finance office. Assumptions were made on her part about our driving based on our zip code, when we said no, she kept trying to sell us something we didn't want, and the finance offer wasn't the best thing available. I almost walked out because of her. Your finance office needs a tune up!

Pretty quick and painless, except the price, it was a bit high in my opinion.

Becca in service never disappoints! She's always very knowledgeable. Customer service oriented attentive to needs and takes care of the guests very, very well! She definitely seems like she has been a seasoned veteran there for some time.And I imagine she is well on her way to whatever the next step in her career would be. Big shout out to her and the whole service department for always taking care of all of my cars with the utmost care concern and treating me just like our family!

My appointment was at 8:00am. When I arrived they told me it would be 2 hrs before the technician would be in. While they offered to take me home if I left my car, it was just inconvenient all the way around.

The buyer does not have the ability, capacity, or need to drive this vehicle. This was an entirely inappropriate purchase and shame on you for predatory salesmanship.

First time buying online. I was surprised how easy it was and had a good experience. There was a mix up with delivery, I wanted it to be delivered at my place of work after I closed. I had a buddy who is a deisel mechanic and he was going to stop by and check it out before I excepted. They got there at my lunch and I had to take time off work to test drive it and was rushing to get back to work, so didn't get to ask questions about truck as much as I wanted. Was a little upset that the fuel was less then half of tank and DEF was only a 1/4 tank, I never bought a vehicle used or new that the dealership didn't fill tank up. I texted and emailed my salesman Robert Ingram and since I was left with truck he has never contacted me back. He was supposed to reach out the next day and didn't. I was going to buy from this dealer again but since I have been ghosted,since my sale, I will not.

Overall a good experience. I did feel like the salesman could have had a little better communication with me. I made the call to buy the truck and he was very helpful in all my questions but I had to call him back each time to find out the details of the vehicle being delivered and also questions that came up after delivery. He was helpful in all questions and polite. I just felt like he should have called me to inform me of the details.

The process was very easy and seamless. Customer service was excellent. A little disappointed that I was lied to about the shipping. Shawn, mentioned the truck would be delivered. The morning of the truck being delivered, I spoke with Shawn and he said my vehicle was being loaded onto the truck and would be arriving by 7pm. Unfortunately, my new truck arrived with an additional 558 miles because it was driven to me, not actually delivered on a flat bed or car hauler. Upon speaking with Tracy, she mentioned to me that this wasn’t the first time she encountered a confused and frustrated customer. In this case, I paid $700 for delivery just to receive a truck with miles I didn’t put on it and more depreciation. Had the proper delivery been explained, I would’ve paid the $700 to a company who would’ve actually picked the truck up and delivered properly. Aside from this, the experience was good.

I sent an inquiry about a vehicle I was interested in on a Wednesday and in a short time was contacted by Darren Tinker. After he checked into it, he notified me that vehicle had been sold. He inquired as to what specifically I was interested in and then started searching for ones in the surrounding areas and found one, but that one was already sold so he continued to search and found another one and was able to procure it and have it transported to their dealership where I subsequently purchased the vehicle on Friday. I was offered a fair price for my trade-in and they made sure I received all discounts, rebates, and rewards I was entitled to. Darren was very diligent in finding what I wanted, kept me informed on the progress and it was a pleasure dealing with him and the rest of the staff during the buying process. They even offered to delivery the vehicle to my house about 60 miles away, but I decided to pick it up at the dealership. Very pleasant buying experience.

The first thing I noticed was how welcoming everyone was from the moment we were walking to the door until our last interaction. We had opportunities to drive multiple vehicles, we had some time to step away and talk (unpressured), and everything was well-explained regarding financing, additional insurance, etc. I was particularly impressed that our salesperson (Tim) and the finance guy (Orlando) stayed late to help us finish our transaction. All in all, it was a great experience!

I had to have my GMC Sierra towed to Jim Falk's from Harrisonville. Upon arrival the mechanic (Dallas) came out and diagnosed the issue. By noon the next day I received a call that my truck was done and ready to be picked up! Nothing but good remarks to say about the service department as a whole!

After looking at an add for what I was really looking for, I was working with Angela, she notified me of the truck was sold, she called me back a couple of days later, went through my credit union and she worked with Chantel in finance department, both worked hard and made sure exactly what I was looking for, that they had one truck coming in, worked out a deal and I am pleased to be the new owner of a new 2026 GMC Sierra K2500 SLE, and of if I can’t forget the delivery driver Matt, who made sure my truck was delivered in a timely manner with all paperwork was delivered and received. I did not find a better price for my 2026 GMC 2500HD Denali from any dealer near me for 250 miles. Also, they were very fair in the valuation of my trade in. I was a little worried about buying a truck from over 1200 miles away, but if you are considering buying a new vehicle, do not hesitate to call Jim Falk GMC. The entire deal only took 1.5 hours, and I even got a great deal on a warranty from Chantel in Finance. The bonus? Being from out of state and flying in to purchase my truck, I received a reimbursement for my flight! Overall, the best experience I’ve had in purchasing a vehicle.

I have bought my last two new vehicles from Reliable Chevrolet in Springfield, Mo. It is a bit of a drive to Springfield, Mo., but I guess I will continue buying from Reliable Chevrolet.

Very misleading. I was lied to about all the DMV part. I told them the truck would’ve paid off before I picked it up and chantel said no problem and all the dmv would be taken care of. When I picked up the truck a month later it was already paid off. When I got back home I received the title and my entire contract that I signed with a $7,000 check for estimated taxes. I called and she was rude and said since I didn’t finance I have to take care of it myself. That’s very unprofessional. They lied just to make the sale and then pushed me to the side. As a customer I shouldn’t have had to do any of them part. The dealership should have followed through with what the said they would do. I will never recommend or do business with this company again.

I wasn’t a customer I was a sale. I paid full price for my vehicle asked for barely anything. Got low balled on my trade too. But they made sure the set of decals I wanted when one was missing that I would pay my half. They couldn’t just do the right thing and take care of me. The Tahoe is also crooked because the body shop they used put it on that way and they won’t fix it. I’ve bought numerous vehicles from them but it didn’t matter. I’m just a number not a valued customer.

First time purchasing a car out of state but they made it simple!

This has always been my go to dealership however this has been the worst buying experience in my 40 years of buying cars. One full wasted day with Shawn Frost with no help. Next day I had to ask for a different salesman that did help. We agreed on a price then they informed me the car had a no sale recall. That should have been stated before we drove a hour and a half to get there. When the car was finally delivered it had no paperwork and empty on gas. I called the dealership to tell them there was no paperwork. Orlando said we must have lost it. Called the salesman for help with this and was ghosted. They are not much help after the sale. Definitely my worst buying experience.

I've never used this dealership before, but this was the EASIEST, most pleasant experience with Dealerships/ Sales I've ever had! A friend of mine recently purchased a brand new 2026 with them and raved about how she's used them for years. I had been thinking about getting a newer car for a while, but monthly payments was a major concern with new vehicles. I worked with Shawn Frost and he was AWESOME! He kept working until he was able to find me something that works best for me and I ended up getting a vehicle I absolutely love and better than I was originally looking for. I won't go to any other place from here on out, that's for sure! 5 STARS

Last time I was in for oil change you guys said that I needed brakes. They were worn this time that I was in you guys could duplicate the issue that I came in with and he told me that my differential needed to be replaced on the front end of my truck, also had that looked at does not need to be replaced.and brakes are also good

Your sales team was excellent. Was not impressed with the finance office. Assumptions were made on her part about our driving based on our zip code, when we said no, she kept trying to sell us something we didn't want, and the finance offer wasn't the best thing available. I almost walked out because of her. Your finance office needs a tune up!

Sean was awesome and the dealership practiced premium hospitality. We made a good deal and the truck showed up in about a day 850 miles away. I will use them again for sure.

I was initially pleased with how easy the process had been then it was downhill from there. I was not informed that rather than being trailered down, my vehicle was being driven down. When I brough it up afterward I was met with a condescending response to the effect of "well yeah that's how we keep our delivery cost down" I specifically asked if my trade in would be picked up with whatever they use to deliver my vehicle, and the answer was simply "yes" that was the perfect time to explain that my new vehicle was going to be driven down. I gave the dealership my wife's name and phone number to be contacted about the delivery. After having her waiting around all day, around 6:00pm I finally contacted the dealership to get an ETA, at that time I was informed the driver had run the vehicle out of battery and the delivery was now going to be the next day. I also found out, it had been 5 hours since he ran out of battery, there was plenty of time to inform me so I could tell my wife to stop waiting. During the negotiating process I noted that the vehicle looked pretty dirty in the pictures and asked if would be detailed prior to delivery and the answer was yes. Additionally, after the delivery driver was delayed I was told he found a high-end car wash in my area and would have it thoroughly cleaned and would drop it off with a full charge. The vehicle showed up absolutely filthy, water spots and other evidence that the vehicle had sat outside for long periods of time were all over. When I opened the back door and the frunk, the seals and trim panels were crusted over and brown. There were finger prints on the light colored door panels, the touchscreen was covered in finger prints, and there was debris and smudge marks in the back floor boards and back storage area, so they didn't even bother to wipe it down and vacuum. After I washed the vehicle I discovered a decent size chip in the paint on the hood, not horrible, but disappointing when you have the expectation of a nice clean new vehicle arriving to you. I was not informed about any setup process after receiving the vehicle, I was trying to figure out the charging and the app, so I once again contacted the dealership and I was asked "did you complete the Onstar setup call". Of course I didn't, no one told me about it, after I went through that, the app gained the charging functionality. I watched videos online to figure out other functionality on the rest of the vehicle. Not a big deal by itself but just speaks to the overall experience. They said all the right things and responded quickly to make the deal then just sent it on its way as-is with no further support. Its also weird that you are holding the second key for 10 days, I've never purchased a new vehicle and not left the dealership with 2 keys. At the end of the day, yes it was a good price on a vehicle I wanted. But I was also expecting a brand new clean vehicle and good post sale customer service. It was nowhere near the experience you would expect for a $100,000 purchase. Every time I pointed something out along the way I was reminded about the aggressive pricing as if I forgot what I paid. You advertised the price, I agreed to the price, a mutually agreed upon price should not be justification for poor communication, poor service, and poor vehicle condition when delivered. You have records of all of our conversations so you can see/hear for yourself the change in the tone from the presale and post sale communication. You did not make me feel like a valued customer, you made me feel like you expect me to be grateful for whatever I get because I got a good price.

It was a smooth transition and got a great deal. They deliver my new truck 1200 miles one way and took my trade in back to the dealership. I will recommend to friends and family. I’m very satisfied with my purchase.
