Service department got the truck right in for service and oil change.

I returned the truck to the dealership on Friday after a transmission failure resulting from the torque converter work done by the dealership the month before. This time there was a check engine code for the tech to address. I was called by the service advisor Monday evening and was told the truck now needed a new transmission. On a positive note, the money on spent the month before on the torque converter would be credited towards the transmission replacement. I was then call on Friday and told the truck was done. Those two calls were my only interaction with the serve advisor. Now I have my truck back to the condition it was in December, still doesn't run well, had my truck in the shop for 4 weeks and lost $7000 having repairs done that didn't correct the problem. Not a great experience.

I have a bad back problem that makes it difficult for me to do much walking. It was raining so Becca had my Acadia brought right up to the waiting room door after they got done with the oil change so I wouldn't get wet and have so far to walk. She also checked on some tire prices for me.

Oil change was quick and easy. Requested a price for power steps from parts department (4/2/25) someone was supposed to call me for pricing still have not received a call. (4/9/25)

My appointment was at 8:00am. When I arrived they told me it would be 2 hrs before the technician would be in. While they offered to take me home if I left my car, it was just inconvenient all the way around.

The buyer does not have the ability, capacity, or need to drive this vehicle. This was an entirely inappropriate purchase and shame on you for predatory salesmanship.

First time buying online. I was surprised how easy it was and had a good experience. There was a mix up with delivery, I wanted it to be delivered at my place of work after I closed. I had a buddy who is a deisel mechanic and he was going to stop by and check it out before I excepted. They got there at my lunch and I had to take time off work to test drive it and was rushing to get back to work, so didn't get to ask questions about truck as much as I wanted. Was a little upset that the fuel was less then half of tank and DEF was only a 1/4 tank, I never bought a vehicle used or new that the dealership didn't fill tank up. I texted and emailed my salesman Robert Ingram and since I was left with truck he has never contacted me back. He was supposed to reach out the next day and didn't. I was going to buy from this dealer again but since I have been ghosted,since my sale, I will not.

Overall a good experience. I did feel like the salesman could have had a little better communication with me. I made the call to buy the truck and he was very helpful in all my questions but I had to call him back each time to find out the details of the vehicle being delivered and also questions that came up after delivery. He was helpful in all questions and polite. I just felt like he should have called me to inform me of the details.

The process was very easy and seamless. Customer service was excellent. A little disappointed that I was lied to about the shipping. Shawn, mentioned the truck would be delivered. The morning of the truck being delivered, I spoke with Shawn and he said my vehicle was being loaded onto the truck and would be arriving by 7pm. Unfortunately, my new truck arrived with an additional 558 miles because it was driven to me, not actually delivered on a flat bed or car hauler. Upon speaking with Tracy, she mentioned to me that this wasn’t the first time she encountered a confused and frustrated customer. In this case, I paid $700 for delivery just to receive a truck with miles I didn’t put on it and more depreciation. Had the proper delivery been explained, I would’ve paid the $700 to a company who would’ve actually picked the truck up and delivered properly. Aside from this, the experience was good.

I sent an inquiry about a vehicle I was interested in on a Wednesday and in a short time was contacted by Darren Tinker. After he checked into it, he notified me that vehicle had been sold. He inquired as to what specifically I was interested in and then started searching for ones in the surrounding areas and found one, but that one was already sold so he continued to search and found another one and was able to procure it and have it transported to their dealership where I subsequently purchased the vehicle on Friday. I was offered a fair price for my trade-in and they made sure I received all discounts, rebates, and rewards I was entitled to. Darren was very diligent in finding what I wanted, kept me informed on the progress and it was a pleasure dealing with him and the rest of the staff during the buying process. They even offered to delivery the vehicle to my house about 60 miles away, but I decided to pick it up at the dealership. Very pleasant buying experience.

Never stepped foot in the dealership, did all shopping and transactions online or over the phone. I was very hesitant about this new way of purchasing a vehicle but Sean made it seamless and was very reassuring with the process. I did my best to try and spend my money locally but he was able to beat every quote I got even with the delivery added in.

I had to have my GMC Sierra towed to Jim Falk's from Harrisonville. Upon arrival the mechanic (Dallas) came out and diagnosed the issue. By noon the next day I received a call that my truck was done and ready to be picked up! Nothing but good remarks to say about the service department as a whole!

I looked at several dealerships who claimed to be the best and with very affordable prices, they were in my state too! After looking at an add for what I was really looking for, I was working with Angela, she notified me of the truck was sold, she called me back a couple of days later, went through my credit union and she worked with Chantel in finance department, both worked hard and made sure exactly what I was looking for, that they had one truck coming in, worked out a deal and I am pleased to be the new owner of a new 2026 GMC Sierra K2500 SLE, and of if I can’t forget the delivery driver Matt, who made sure my truck was delivered in a timely manner with all paperwork was delivered and received. Very misleading. I was lied to about all the DMV part. I told them the truck would’ve paid off before I picked it up and chantel said no problem and all the dmv would be taken care of. When I picked up the truck a month later it was already paid off. When I got back home I received the title and my entire contract that I signed with a $7,000 check for estimated taxes. I called and she was rude and said since I didn’t finance I have to take care of it myself. That’s very unprofessional. They lied just to make the sale and then pushed me to the side. As a customer I shouldn’t have had to do any of them part. The dealership should have followed through with what the said they would do. I will never recommend or do business with this company again.

Shawn was very helpful and welcoming. He even called me on his day off to introduce himself and get me started on the process! The entire deal only took 1.5 hours, and I even got a great deal on a warranty from Chantel in Finance. The bonus? Being from out of state and flying in to purchase my truck, I received a reimbursement for my flight! Overall, the best experience I’ve had in purchasing a vehicle.
